Our regular office hours are:

• Monday, 8:30 am - 5 pm

• Tuesday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

• Wednesday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

• Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

• Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Orthopedic Associates of West Jersey and they will contact us.

If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call our office at (973) 989-0888. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

At Orthopedic Associates of West Jersey, we accept workers’ compensation, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (973) 989-0888 to find out if we accept your plan. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact our billing specialists at (973) 989-0888.

If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit.

Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.

Surgeons at Orthopedic Associates of West Jersey have hospital or surgery center affiliations with:

• St. Clare’s Health System, Denville and Dover, NJ
• Denville Surgery Center, Denville, NJ
• Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ

Prescriptions and/or refills for established patients of Orthopedic Associates of West Jersey are routinely issued Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday between 8:00am -12:00pm, when our full records are available. Renewals requested at other times will be filled only in extreme or emergency circumstances. Please call at least 3 days prior to your prescription running out.
