Orthopedic Associates of West Jersey in Dover, New Jersey, welcomes you to our practice. Once you have scheduled your initial appointment, you will receive an email with paperwork and patient portal instructions which are required prior to seeing your physician. Completing this prior to your arrival will help speed up the registration process. If you require assistance setting up your patient portal, please contact the office at 973-989-0888 x 10.
Please be sure to bring all forms with you to your first visit, along with any diagnostic films or other test results that may have been ordered or performed by another provider.
